Lovely host who is super flexible to catering to the guest's needs. Cosy room we had. It's about 30 minutes train ride from Abbey Wood station to central London but station is only about 5 mins walk from the house. The nice thing living this far out was that we got to experience it somewhat like the locals. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Note that the house is shared accomodation so you habe to be comfortable with that type of setup. All the guests respected each other's privacy so that was all good. What's even better wad that it was one of the cheapest accommodations around. Highly recommended for those who are not local but want to experience neighborhood living rather than fancy hotels.
One of the cleanest places I have stayed in London! The land lady is always cleaning and helpful. Stay here if you want some peace and quiet. Only downside it's a bit far from central London

Jing provides great hospitality and attention to detail. The room was clean and well-presented. The additional features (free use of a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, optional free breakfast, free mineral water and tea provided within the room) were all above and beyond the call of duty.
Good location close to shops and public transport (Elizabeth line) . Free parking at the weekend, and there was several spaces available. The property was easy to find. The host was very friendly, showed us around and gave us tips for our stay in London. she also told us about things further afield if we wanted to explore. She also provide us information about the last trains which was very useful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, with lots of things like a fan, travel adapter, water, tea and coffee. The bathroom was shared, however you can book a room with a bathroom if you do not want to wait for other people. It was clean, tidy and had shampoo and shower gel available. This is also cleaned daily and to a very high standard. There's a kitchen with cereal and milk. You can bring your own stuff, store it in the fridge and cook. Overall a great property if you are planning to visit London and don't mind staying a bit further out but still easy connectable to central London.
